Shamanic Reiki blends the gentle, yet powerful, energy healing of Reiki with ancient Shamanic techniques to offer deep healing on multiple levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. What Happens in a Session? - Intention Setting: At the start, you’ll set an intention for healing, whether it’s for physical pain, emotional release, or spiritual growth. - Energy Clearing: The session begins with an energy clearing, using Shamanic tools like smoke from sage or palo santo, crystals, or sound (such as drumming or rattles), to cleanse your energy field. - Reiki Healing: You'll lie down or sit comfortably while I channel Reiki energy through my hands, either directly on your body or slightly above. This helps to align and balance your energy, allowing for deep relaxation and healing. - Shamanic Techniques: During the session, I may incorporate techniques like journeying to connect with spirit guides to assist with the healing process. -Grounding and Closing: After the healing work is complete, we will ground your energy and discuss any messages or insights that came through for you during the session.
