Enhance and deepen your own personal healing and growth through learning Reiki. Reiki I & II will empower you to be able to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and to clients if you choose to. Why I & II together? Level one is the foundation and fundamentals of Reiki, Level II you are attuned to 2 more symbols to enhance your energy including the distance symbol. In this course we will cover the foundation of Reiki including the following: *Be attuned to Reiki through deep meditations *Self-treatments and give Reiki to others *Distance Reiki *History of Reiki *Have detailed step-by- step guides *Practice in class techniques for clearing, protection and hand placements for yourself and others *Learn how to use Reiki everyday *Learn about energy and grounding *Learn about Reiki & the chakra system *Learn different ways of connection with Angels *Activating and setting the intention of Reiki after attunement and so much more to help the building blocks of establishing a personal self-practice.
